Thai-Style Steamed Fish

- β2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice (2 tablespoons)
- β1 Ginger (1-inch piece)
- β2 Garlic (2 cloves)

Rinse the fish under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Season the fish with salt and pepper.

In a small saucepan, combine the Thai chili sauce, lime juice, and grated ginger.

Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.

Meanwhile, prepare the steamer basket by placing a piece of parchment paper in the bottom.
