Tunisian Pan-Seared Asparagus Fritters

- ●2 teaspoons tunisian spice blend

Sauté asparagus for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, parmesan cheese, and tunisian spice blend.

In another bowl, combine flour and a pinch of salt.

Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir until just combined.
