Vietnamese-Style Cha Buns
A flavorful and refreshing take on traditional Vietnamese street food, these cha buns are filled with grilled pork and topped with crunchy lettuce and creamy avocado.
Ingredients
- β250g Cha MeatYou can use any type of meat you like, such as pork or beef
- β1 head LettuceChoose a crisp and crunchy lettuce for the best results
- β2 AvocadoMash the avocado for a creamy topping
- β4-6 BunYou can use store-bought or homemade buns
- β2 tbsp Luxe Hoisin SauceAdjust to taste

2. Slice the cha meat into thin strips and season with soy sauce, sugar, and Worcestershire sauce (if using).
