Uruguayan Beef Skewers
A twist on traditional Indian BBQ, these Uruguayan beef skewers are marinated in a mix of spices and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Uruguayan beef stripsCut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- β1 tablespoon Olive oil
- β2 teaspoons Ginger paste
- β1 teaspoon Garlic paste
- β1 teaspoon Garam masala
- β1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- β1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- β1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
- βto taste Salt

In a large bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.

Add the Uruguayan beef strips to the marinade and mix well to coat.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated beef strips onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
