Saudian Lamb Kebabs with Italian Twist
A fusion of Italian and Saudian flavors, these lamb kebabs are marinated in a mixture of Italian herbs and spices, then grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β2 tablespoons Fresh rosemary, chopped
- β2 tablespoons Fresh thyme, chopped
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β1 cup Italian dressing
- β1 cup Pineapple juice
- β1 cup Red onion, sliced
- β1 cup Red bell pepper, sliced

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Add lamb cubes to the bowl and toss to coat with marinade.

Let lamb marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Thread lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
