Egyptian Spicy Pasta Bake
A twist on traditional pasta bake, adding some heat from spicy ingredients and a taste of Egypt.

- β1 lb Luxuriously spicy sausageSliced
- β12 oz PastaCooked al dente
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 tsp Chili flakes
- β Fresh parsleyChopped

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook pasta al dente, set aside.

In a pan, cook sliced sausage over medium heat until browned.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan, cook until softened.

Add cooked pasta, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt to the pan, stir to combine.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish, top with sliced Morbier cheese.
