Italian-Style Bibimbap Jjigae

- β1/2 pound Italian sausage
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 cup Mushrooms
- β1 cup Bibimbap-style mixed vegetables
- β1/4 teaspoon Korean chili flakes
- β1/4 cup Italian basil
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil

Cook the Italian sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
