Thai Crispy Lamb Bowl
A flavorful Thai-inspired dish featuring crispy lamb, crunchy vegetables, and a sprinkle of magic.
Ingredients
- β1 pound lambcut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 teaspoon magicaladd a pinch of magic to the oil
- β1 cup crispychopped crispy snack
- β1 tablespoon polish Polish-style sour cream
- β4 bowllarge serving bowls
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor frying
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated
- β1 tablespoon fish sauceoptional
- β1/4 teaspoon chili flakesoptional
- β1 cucumbersliced
- β1 carrotpeeled and grated
- β1/4 cup mintchopped

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the lamb and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the garlic, ginger, fish sauce, and chili flakes (if using) to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

Add the crispy snack to the skillet and cook until crispy, about 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the lamb mixture to a bowl and set aside.

Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a small skillet over medium heat.

Add the sliced cucumber and grated carrot to the skillet and cook until slightly tender, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the chopped mint to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

To assemble the bowls, place a portion of the lamb mixture in each bowl, followed by the cucumber-carrot mixture.
