Magical Crepes with French Cookie Crumble
Thin magical crepes filled with a sweet French cookie crumble, perfect for a sweet treat.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups Magical Crepes Flour
- β1 cup French Cookie CrumbleMake your own with ground French cookies and sugar
- β1/2 cup Sugar
- β1/4 cup Butter, melted
- β1 Egg, large
- β1 cup Milk
- β1 teaspoon French Vanilla Extract
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the crepes flour, sugar, and salt.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, and milk.

3. Add the French vanilla extract to the wet ingredients and whisk to combine.

4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.

5. Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat.

6. Pour a small amount of the batter into the pan and tilt to evenly coat the bottom.
