Magical Dutch Pancakes with Fish

- β1 1/2 cups Magical Dutch Pancake MixAvailable at your local market
- β1 pound Fish (Cod or Halibut)
- β2 Large Eggs
- β1 cup Milk
- β2 tablespoons Sushi Rice Vinegar
- β2 tablespoons Butter
- β1 sheet SushiFor garnish

Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Mix Magical Dutch Pancake Mix with Large Eggs and Milk in a large bowl.

Add Fish (Cod or Halibut) to the bowl and mix well.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add Butter to the pan.

Pour the pancake batter into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface.

Flip the pancake and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
