Magical Charred Thai Stir Fry
A quick and delicious stir fry made with charred vegetables and a hint of magical spice. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 bunch magically grown broccolicharred to perfection
- β2 charred red bell pepperssliced into thin strips
- β1/4 cup thai basil leaveschopped
- β1 bunch collard greenschopped
- β2 tablespoons pad thai sauce
- β1 tablespoon coconut oil
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated
Instructions

Heat coconut oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger; stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add charred red bell peppers and broccoli; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add chopped collard greens and stir-fry until wilted.

Add thai basil leaves and stir-fry for another minute.

Pour in pad thai sauce and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce is bubbly and slightly thickened.
