French Macaron Cake
A delicate and elegant French-inspired macaron cake, perfect for special occasions. With its crunchy shell and airy filling, this cake is sure to impress.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups Almond flour
- β1 3/4 cups Granulated sugar
- β3 large Egg whites
- β1 cup Macaron shells
- β1 cup Buttercream filling
- βa few drops Food coloring (optional)
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- βfor garnish Flaky sea salt

Preheat the oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C).

Prepare the almond flour and granulated sugar in a medium bowl.

In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Add the granulated sugar to the egg whites and continue whipping until stiff and glossy.

Gently fold the almond flour mixture into the egg mixture.

Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a round tip.

Pipe small circles of batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Tap the baking sheet gently to remove any air bubbles.
