Garlicky Pork Skillet
A savory skillet dish loaded with flavor, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Pork shoulder, sliced
- β3 cloves Garlic, minced
- β1 teaspoon Skillet seasoning
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 medium Onion, sliced
- β1 medium Bell pepper, sliced
- β2 medium Potatoes, peeled and cubed

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced pork and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.

Add the sliced onion and bell pepper; cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
