Classic Irish Potato Gratin

- ●3 cloves garlic
- ●1 cup grated gruyère cheese

Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Thinly slice the potatoes and set aside.

In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat until softened.

Arrange a layer of potatoes in the prepared baking dish.
