Cabbage and Beef Tacos

- β1 medium Red Onion
- β1 head Cabbageshredded
- β4-6 Tacos
- β1 cup Salsa
- β1 cup Shredded Cheese
- β1/4 cup Cilantro
- β2 tbsp Lime Juice
- β1 tbsp Olive Oil

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Once the beef is browned, add the diced onion and cook until softened.

Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook until it starts to wilt.

Season the beef mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Warm the tacos by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
