Lamb Adobo

- β1.5 lbs Lamb Shoulder
- β1/2 cup Vinegar
- β1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 tsp Black Pepper
- β2 Bay Leaves
- β2 Tomatoes

1. In a large pot, combine vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, black pepper, and bay leaves.

2. Add the lamb shoulder and make sure it's covered with the marinade.

3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1.5 hours.

4. Add the tomatoes and continue to simmer for another 30 minutes.
