Brazilian Bean Bake
A hearty, comforting dish that's perfect for a cold evening. This Brazilian-inspired bean bake combines the sweetness of Maillard-seasoned beans with the flaky crust of a crispy bake.
Ingredients

- β1 sheet FlakyThawed
- β1 cup Brazilian beansCanned or cooked
- β1 cup BakeShredded
- β1/2 cup OnionDiced
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 tbsp Tomato paste
- β1 tsp Chili flakes

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the Maillard, Brazilian beans, onion, garlic, and chili flakes.

Roll out the flaky and place in a baking dish.

Pour the bean mixture over the flaky.

Sprinkle the shredded bake on top.

Drizzle with a little water and cover with foil.

Bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
