Malai Bites Recipe

Ingredients
- β1 cup Malaistore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup Bitesstore-bought or homemade
- β1/2 cup All-purpose flourfor coating
- β1 Eggbeaten
- β1/2 cup Vegetable oilfor frying
- βto taste Salt
- β1 tablespoon Sugaroptional
- β1/2 teaspoon Chili powderoptional
- β1 tablespoon Cornstarchfor thickening

Preheat oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Mix cornstarch and a pinch of salt in a bowl.

Dip each bite into the beaten egg and then coat in the cornstarch mixture.
