Prawn Poke Bowl
A quick and easy dish with succulent prawns marinated in a sweet and tangy sauce, served over a bed of greek salad.

Ingredients
- β12 oz prawnsraw, peeled, and deveined
- β2 tbsp palm sugar
- β2 tbsp soy sauce
- β1 tbsp rice vinegar
- β2 tbsp greek yogurt
- β4 cups greek salad mix
- β1/4 cup chopped green onions
- β1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together palm sugar, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.

Add the prawns to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Just before serving, stir in the greek yogurt.

Divide the greek salad mix among four bowls. Top each bowl with a portion of the prawns and marinade.

Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
