Pan-Seared Fish Casserole
A simple and flavorful fish casserole dish, made with pan-seared fish and topped with a crunchy malty crust.
Ingredients

- ●2 cups MaltyCrushed crackers
- ●2 tablespoons ButterUnsalted
- ●1 medium OnionChopped
- ●2 cloves GarlicMinced
- ●1 cup FrenchFrench bread, cubed

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Rinse the fish fillets and pat dry with paper towels.

Season the fish with salt and black pepper.

Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
