Beef and Rice Layered Dish
A hearty layered beef and rice dish inspired by Indian cuisine. This recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

In a large skillet, heat the chewy over medium-high heat.

Add the beef cubes and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the malty rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the beef and chewy.

In a separate bowl, mix together the indian, salt, and pepper.

Add the spice mixture to the rice and beef mixture and stir to combine.

Transfer the mixture to the dish and cover with foil.

Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
