Korean Cashew Satay
A tasty and easy-to-make snack featuring crunchy cashews, marinated in a sweet and spicy Korean-inspired sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 cup cashewsunsalted
- β2 tbsp maltyhoney or brown sugar
- β1/2 cup crunchytoasted peanuts or chopped almonds
- β2 tbsp koreangochujang
- β2 tbsp sataysoy sauce or tamari

1. In a blender or food processor, combine malty, korean, and satay to make the marinade.

2. Add crunchy to the blender and blend until smooth.

3. Add cashews to the blender and blend until the mixture is well combined.

4. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.

5. Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the cashew mixture onto the pan or griddle.

6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the cashews are toasted and fragrant.

7. Remove the satay from the pan and let cool on a wire rack.

8. Serve warm or at room temperature.
