Tunisian Frittata
A twist on the classic frittata, inspired by the flavors of Tunisia. Perfect for a quick and easy meal.

- ●1 cup dense
- ●1/2 cup tunisian
- ●1/4 cup frittata
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and a pinch of salt.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the malty, dense, and tunisian.

Pour the whisked eggs over the vegetables and cook until the edges start to set.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.

Remove the skillet from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
