Lamb Korma Curry
A flavorful and aromatic Indian-inspired curry made with lamb, spices, and creamy yogurt. Serve over basmati rice or with naan bread for a delicious and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound boneless leg of lamb, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes Lamb
- β1 cup Malty Indian Basmati Riceuncooked
- β2 tablespoons Flaky Korma Spice Blend
- β1 cup Yogurtplain, full-fat
- β2 inches Gingerfresh, peeled and grated
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

1. Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

2. Add lamb and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

3. Remove lamb from pot and set aside.

4. Add korma spice blend to pot and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

5. Add yogurt, ginger, garlic, and lemon juice to pot. Stir to combine.

6. Return lamb to pot and bring to a simmer.

7. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, covered, until lamb is tender, about 1 1/2 hours.

8. Serve lamb and sauce over basmati rice.
