Vietnamese Pork Sandwich
A delicious Vietnamese-inspired sandwich filled with marinated pork and pickled vegetables. Perfect for a quick and flavorful lunch.

- β1 tablespoon MaltyFor marinating
- β1/2 cup MidnightFor pickling
- β4 slices Vietnamese sandwich breadAvailable at Asian markets
- β1 cup Pickle slicesHomemade or store-bought
- β1/4 cup CilantroChopped

1. In a large bowl, whisk together malt, midnight, and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce.

2. Add the sliced pork to the marinade and mix to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

4. Remove the pork from the marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
