Malty Norwegian Bao
A sweet and savory bao filled with a malty Norwegian cream cheese mixture. Perfect as a breakfast or brunch option.
Ingredients

- β8 ounces Malty cream cheesesoftened
- β1 cup Norwegian sugar cookiescrushed
- β1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- β1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- β2 tablespoons Buttermelted

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, crushed cookies, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.

Roll out the bao and place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto one half of the dough.

Brush the edges of the dough with melted butter.

Fold the other half of the dough over the filling, pressing the edges to seal.

Place the bao on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with the remaining melted butter.
