German Malty Crusted Pork Chops
A hearty German-inspired dish with a malty crust on a tender pork chop, served with a side of flavorful Ligurian greens.
Ingredients

- ●2 cups Ligurian Greensfresh
- ●2 tbsp Raw Honey
- ●to taste Salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season pork chops with salt and black pepper.

Dip each pork chop into the crushed malty, coating evenly.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Meanwhile, heat the raw honey in a small saucepan over low heat.
