Eastern Mujadara Bowl with Crispy Fish

- β1 tsp Middle Eastern SpicesMixed spice blend
- β2 cups White RiceCooked according to package instructions
- β2 tbsp Olive OilFor frying fish

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the fish with Middle Eastern Spices and olive oil.

Place the fish on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.

While the fish is cooking, mix the silky sauce ingredients and set aside.

Warm the mujadara according to package instructions.

Cook the white rice according to package instructions.
