Slovakian Oat Pudding
A traditional Slovakian dessert made with oat milk, pudding, and malty flavor.
Ingredients
- β1 cup oat milk
- β1 package slovakian puddingflavored with vanilla
- β1 teaspoon malty flavoring
- β2 tablespoons springy oat flour
- β2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine oat milk and pudding package. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the pudding is heated through.

Remove from heat and stir in malty flavoring and springy oat flour.

Return the saucepan to low heat and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and stir in sugar until dissolved.

Pour pudding mixture into individual serving cups.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
