Mango Quencher Sorbet
A refreshing dessert made with pureed mango, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients
- β2 ripe mangos, diced MangoAny variety of mango will do, but Alphonso or Ataulfo are preferred
- β1 cup Granulated sugarAdjust to taste
- β1 cup QuencherYou can use water as a substitute if quencher is not available
Instructions

Puree mango in a blender or food processor until smooth.

In a medium saucepan, combine mango puree and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until the sugar has dissolved.

Remove from heat and stir in quencher.

Let the mixture cool to room temperature.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Once the sorbet has finished churning, transfer it to an airtight container and place it in the freezer to harden for at least 2 hours.

Once the sorbet has hardened, scoop and serve immediately.
