Creamy Italian Pizza Frittata
A creamy twist on the classic Italian pizza, this frittata combines the flavors of Italy with a rich and creamy filling.

- β1/2 cup MellowedGarlic-infused oil
- β1 tsp Italian SeasoningDried herbs
- β4 Egg YolksRoom temperature
- β1 sheet Pizza Dough (homemade or store-bought)Pre-baked and cooled

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the pizza dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch.

Transfer the dough to a greased 9-inch pie plate.

In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks and Italian seasoning until well combined.

Add the mantecare and mellowed to the egg yolks. Beat until smooth.
