Spicy Freekeh Bowl with Fiesta Chicken
A flavorful and nutritious bowl filled with spicy freekeh, grilled fiesta chicken, and a tangy marinade sauce.

- β1/4 cup Marinado
- β1 tsp Fiesta seasoning
- β1 lb Chicken breast
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together marinade and fiesta seasoning.

3. Add chicken to the marinade mixture and coat evenly.

4. Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165Β°F.

5. While chicken is grilling, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

6. Add freekeh to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes or until lightly toasted.

7. Fluff freekeh with a fork and set aside.
