Marinated Chicken Stir Fry
Quick and flavorful stir fry recipe with marinated chicken and peanuts.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breastsCut into bite-sized pieces
- β1/4 cup marinated sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic)
- β1/4 cup peanutsChopped
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β2 bell peppersSliced
- β1 onionsThinly sliced
- β3 cloves garlicMinced
- β1 tablespoon sugar

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the skillet and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
