Sun-Dried Mushroom Vermicelli
A simple and flavorful Asian-inspired dish featuring sun-dried mushrooms and vermicelli noodles.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Marinated sun-dried mushrooms
- β8 oz Vermicelli noodles
- β1 cup Ricecooked
- β1/4 cup With sesame seeds
- β2 tbsp Sesame oil
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Gingergrated
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

Cook the vermicelli noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the marinated sun-dried mushrooms and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked vermicelli noodles, soy sauce, and cooked rice to the wok or skillet.

Stir-fry everything together for 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the noodles to a serving platter and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
