Beef Dumplings with Marsala Sauce

- β1/4 cup Marsala Wine
- β1/2 cup Marinated Mushroomsdrained and chopped
- β1 package Russian Dumpling Mix
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β2 tablespoons Butter

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the Marsala wine to the pan and stir to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until the liquid has reduced by half.

Add the chopped mushrooms to the pan and stir to combine. Cook until the mushrooms are tender.
