Dan Dan Noodles
A spicy Sichuan dish featuring ground pork and dan dan mian noodles, topped with a savory sauce and garnished with peanuts and scallions.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Dan Dan Mian Noodles
- β1/2 pound Ground Pork80/20 works well
- β2 tablespoons Dan Dan Paste
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Chili Oil
- β1/4 cup Scallions
- β1/4 cup Peanuts
- β1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook ground pork over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.

Add the dan dan paste, soy sauce, and chili oil to the skillet and stir to combine.
