A low-carb twist on the classic Spanish torta, made with mature cheddar cheese and wrapped in a low-carb tortilla wrap.

- β8 oz Mature Cheddar Cheese
- β1 Spanish Tortilla Wrap (low-carb)
- β1/4 cup Briny Olives

Instructions

Preheat a panini press or grill to medium-high heat.

Place a tortilla wrap in the press and top with 2 slices of mature cheddar cheese.

Add a few sliced briny olives on top of the cheese.

Place the other tortilla wrap on top of the filling and press or grill for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the wrap is crispy.

Slice in half and serve immediately.
