Uruguayan Beef Skewers with Chimichurri
A classic Uruguayan dish featuring tender beef skewers served with a tangy and herby chimichurri sauce.

- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 cup fresh parsley
- β1/4 cup fresh oregano
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- β2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- β1 teaspoon matcha powder (optional)

Soak 20 bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, salt, parsley, oregano, garlic, and red pepper flakes.

Thread the beef strips onto the bamboo skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
