Stir Fried Beef and Broccoli
A simple and flavorful Chinese-inspired stir fry recipe that's quick and easy to make.
Ingredients

- β3 cups broccoli (3 cups)
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)
- β2 cloves garlic (2 cloves) (minced)
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
- β1 tablespoon ginger (1 tablespoon) (grated)
- β1 teaspoon salt (1 teaspoon)
- β1 teaspoon black pepper (1 teaspoon)
- β1 teaspoon sugar (1 teaspoon)
- β1 tablespoon sesame oil (1 tablespoon)

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
