Filipino Chicken Kare Kare

- ●2 tablespoons Peanut oil
- ●1 Onion
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●1 pound Ground beef
- ●2 tablespoons Kare Kare sauce mix
- ●2 cups Water
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Black pepper

Instructions

Heat the peanut oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
