Tart Mellow Chicken Fricassee
A rich and savory dish featuring mellow chicken cooked in a tart and slightly sweet sauce, served with French onions.
Ingredients

- β4 tablespoons mellow butter
- β1 medium French onionsthinly sliced
- β2 medium tart applesdiced
- β2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- β1/4 cup dry white wine
- β1/4 cup chicken broth
- β2 tablespoons heavy cream

- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper
