Spiced Ethiopian Chicken with Ghee
A flavorful and aromatic dish from Ethiopia, perfect for a weeknight dinner. This recipe serves four people and is gluten-free.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons ghee
- β1 tablespoon alicha spice blend
- β1/4 cup medicated butter
- β1/4 cup ethiopian ye
- β1 cup chicken broth
- β1 cup water
- β1 teaspoon salt
- βchopped fresh cilantrofor garnish

1. Heat ghee in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
