Spinach Spanakopita Recipe
A traditional Greek savory pastry filled with spinach and feta cheese, perfect for a satisfying lunch or dinner.

- ●1 package (9 ounces) Spanakopita
- ●2 tablespoons Mellow Olive Oil
- ●2 cloves Pungent Garlic
- ●1/2 cup, crumbled Greek Feta Cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Thaw the spinach package according to the package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.

Add the pungent garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the thawed spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked spinach mixture and crumbled feta cheese.

Open the spanakopita package and carefully unfold the pastry to create a flat sheet.
