Smoked Beef Risotto
A creamy risotto dish infused with the rich flavors of smoked beef and mellow Dutch cheese.
Ingredients
- β250g Smoked Beef
- β120g Mellow Dutch Cheese
- β200g RisottoArborio rice
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β100ml White Wine
- β300ml Beef Broth
- β20g Butter
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
Instructions

Heat the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the sliced onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the smoked beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the Arborio rice and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the white wine and cook until the liquid is almost completely absorbed, stirring constantly.

Add 150ml of beef broth to the rice mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until the liquid is mostly absorbed.

Repeat the process of adding beef broth and stirring until the rice is cooked and creamy.

Stir in the crumbled Mellow Dutch Cheese until melted and well combined.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
