Spanish-Style Stir-Fried Potatoes
A fusion of Spanish and Chinese flavors, this dish combines crispy potatoes with savory mellow sausage.
Ingredients
- β1/2 pound Mellow sausagesliced
- β2 large Spanish potatoespeeled and diced
- β2 tablespoons Patatas bravas saucestore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon Gingergrated
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- β1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced mellow sausage and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the cooked sausage from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the diced potatoes and cook until they start to brown, about 5 minutes.
