Spicy Chicken Fajitas
A flavorful and spicy chicken dish made with fajita-style stir-fry, served with a Mexican twist.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup spicy stir-fry saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 large onion mexican onionsthinly sliced
- β2 large bell peppers mexican bell peppersthinly sliced
- β1 teaspoon mexican fajita seasoningstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor cooking
- βto taste saltfor seasoning
- βto taste pepperfor seasoning
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantrochopped, for garnish

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until tender, about 3-5 minutes.

Add the stir-fry sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.

Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to combine with the sauce and vegetables.
