Kjottkaker Bake

- β1 pound Ground Pork80/20 lean to fat ratio
- β1/2 cup BreadcrumbsPanko
- β1 medium, finely chopped Mellow Onion
- β1 large, beaten Springy Egg
- β1 package, crushed KjottkakerNorwegian meatballs
- β1 teaspoon, dried BakeBreadcrumbs or flour for coating

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, beaten egg, and crushed kjottkaker. Mix well.
