Melted Biryani Cream Pudding
A rich and creamy dessert made with melted buttery goodness and the flavors of syrian biryani.

- ●2 tablespoons Buttery ghee
- ●1 teaspoon Syrian biryani spice mix
- ●1 cup Heavy cream
- ●1 cup Ice cream

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and ghee over low heat.

Add the biryani spice mix and stir for 1-2 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and ice cream until smooth.

Pour the cream mixture into the saucepan with the butter mixture.
