Uruguayan Tortilla Hash
A simple and delicious breakfast recipe combining the flavors of Uruguay with a twist on traditional tortilla hash.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup Buttery Melted Cheeseshredded or sliced cheese
- ●4-6 Uruguayan Onigirior any other type of Japanese-style rice ball

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cut the tortillas into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes and place them on a baking sheet.

3. Drizzle the tortilla cubes with a little bit of oil and toss to coat.

4. Bake the tortilla cubes in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

5. While the tortilla cubes are baking, slice the melted cheese into thin strips.

6. Once the tortilla cubes are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.

7. In a large skillet, melt a tablespoon of butter over medium heat.

8. Add the sliced melted cheese to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until it starts to melt and bubble.

9. Add the baked tortilla cubes to the skillet and stir to combine with the melted cheese.

10. Serve the tortilla hash hot, topped with sliced Uruguayan onigiri.
