Ingredients

- ●2 bunches Gomen (Ethiopian collard greens)chopped

- ●3 cloves Garlicminced
- ●2 tbsp Bergamot juiceor substitute with lemon juice
- ●1 tsp Ethiopian red pepper powderor substitute with cayenne pepper
- ●to taste Black pepperfreshly ground
- ●2 tbsp Buttermelted

Instructions

Heat melted butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add chopped gomen and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.

Add king prawns and cook until pink and fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes per side.
